Indian, Delhi High Court warn GOOGLE and FACEBOOK.

Delhi High Court warn social net working site Facebook and most famous search engine Google that if they cant control the material which is not allowed in India then Indian government have to take steps like china and banned Google and Facebook in India.
This happened on Friday in the hearing of presence of nude material on these two sites in Delhi High Court. It was told that this material is easily access on Internet and is making the society worse. High Court Judge Sareesh Cat says that if that materiel is not removed from these sites then both will be banned in India as china do the same.He said to the lawyer of Google India and Facebook that they introduce that system with this help this materiel could be easily removed.
Google India lawyer Mukkal Rohtri says that it is not possible to erase that materiel and also not control. He also says that no body can interfere in it and from all over the world millions of peoples post material it could be nude also and it is not possible to control all that materiel. Mukkal Rohtri explained the difference of Google India and Google America.He said that Google is  incorporated service provider and Google India is not responsible for all these materials.Mukkal Rohtri said that Google is a service provider and not responsible for the act of a third party and what he is posting or publishing on Internet.
Government lawyer Genral S Cheduyok  said that it is not true that Google could not stop this material and in America  Google has its facility to prevent this material and could also notice who is publishing it.
Remember this thing also that last year one of other Delhi Court  give orders to Google ,Facebook ,Yahoo and other 22 social sites to remove all nude and criticise material before 6th February 2010.
